Model for “Site Design & Layout” &
Good Practice Guide for “Site Management”

Working with Southampton City Council over a peroid of time we managed to navigate a successful plan to place before the planning committee for Southamptons first Transit site. Provision before Enforcement

Enforcement does not work! And it is expensive.

On the other hand complying with your statutory requirements and providing sites for Gypsy and Traveller families can and does prove cost effective as shown by Bristol Council who provided 2 sites and made massive savings on legal and other enforcement expenses within the first year.
